Meeting Our Cats

Unfortunately we are unable to keep our website up to date with adoptable cats. Please visit our Facebook and Instagram page for current available adoptees. We are open every Saturday and Sunday from 11-2:30pm for you to meet potential kitties to adopt.

Please complete an application for the cat you wish to adopt. We request that you apply for one cat at a time unless you intend to adopt multiple cats. If applying for multiple cats, kindly include all their names on a single application.

Please email your completed adoption form along with photos of the common areas of your home to kitchenerstraycatrescue@gmail.com. Be sure to use the subject line 'Application to Adopt (Cat's Name)'. Our adoption form can be found at the bottom of this page. 

We accept applications on a first-come,

first-served basis, provided the applicant is suited for the cat. We aim to respond within 48 to 72 hours. Due to limited resources, we may not be able to respond to all applicants. If you don’t hear back within a week, please assume that another application is in progress. Many applicants may apply for the same cat, so don’t be discouraged if you’re not chosen—we have plenty of furry friends looking for homes!

Our adoption fee is $300, all our cats come fixed. We do not keep track of personal requests for cats /  kittens or place holds. Everyone interested in adopting must email the rescue with their application.
